- The URL or exact location on WallpaperGap.com of the allegedly infringing material;
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the alleged infringer. Repeat infringers may have their accounts or access to the website terminated.
If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake, you can submit a counter-notification to the above email with appropriate information and supporting evidence.
